Of course we need to know how to add, subtract, multiply and divide, but that is not the purpose of mathematics in high school. High school students should already have those skills mastered. Mathematics is not just about numbers. It is about logic and being able to solve problems. And we all know that life is full of problems that need to be solved! My classes truly are problem solving training classes.

About Me
I believe what the Bible says and try to live like I believe it.
I’ve been married to Jenny since 7/7/7, and I have two sons Noah (8yrs) and Lucas (6yrs) and a daughter Charlotte (4yrs). I earned my bachelors degree in Mathematics at The Master’s University, and a master’s degree in education at Azusa Pacific University. This is my 14th year teaching Mathematics in a classroom.
